Scope: PBI Commercial was called upon to provide specialized water mitigation and environmental cleaning services at a major public attraction in downtown Baltimore.
The project involved water intrusion that originated in the facility’s restrooms and extended onto the carpeted main lobby, one of the busiest areas of the building.
Our restoration team responded quickly to contain the affected area and performed water extraction, removal of impacted materials, and antimicrobial cleaning.
Working in a high-visibility public space required careful coordination to protect guests, staff, and the surrounding finishes.
Throughout the response, PBI worked closely with facility personnel to keep disruption to a minimum and return the lobby to service as quickly and safely as possible.
