Scope: PBI Commercial was called upon to provide specialized water mitigation and environmental cleaning services for a public school in Howard County, MD.
The project involved water intrusion originating from a third-floor restroom that migrated through the building, affecting ceilings on the second and first floors below.
Our restoration team addressed each affected level, performing water extraction, removal of impacted ceiling materials, and antimicrobial cleaning.
