Scope: Following a break-in where trespassers discharged a fire extinguisher, the facility was coated with extinguishing powder, which spread via the active HVAC system. PBI cleaned all structural surfaces, including ceilings, walls, furniture, floors, windows, and lights. Small and semi-porous items were bagged until the insured decided to discard them. PBI then removed these items and disposed of them at their warehouse dumpster.
