Scope: The work consisted of renovation and reconfiguration of approximately 2,604 square feet of existing office space located on the third-floor east wing of the Circuit Court of Cecil County for the Office of the State’s Attorney. The proposed reconfigured space included demolition and reconfiguration of office space, relocation of the break room with a new sink and refrigerator, renovation of two restrooms, construction of two new restrooms, plumbing reconfigurations, removal of the existing HVAC unit on the roof and installation of a new rooftop HVAC unit, removal of existing exhaust air devices, fan coil unit air ducts, and other work as required.
