Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

Scope: The project involves the renovation of the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) kitchen at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. The scope includes the demolition of existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and selected equipment, followed by the installation of new stainless steel kitchen cabinets, countertops, and equipment such as industrial ranges, dishwashers, and deep fat fryers. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of the rooftop-mounted air handling unit, modifications to existing plumbing and electrical systems, and the installation of a new epoxy floor finish and an outdoor canopy.
