Scope: 1. Southampton Middle School – Rework existing classroom space into a new Strive Program Space. The new space will include a new Sensory Room, a new De-escalation Room, a Seclusion Space, two new classrooms with restrooms and kitchenettes. Work to include coordination of specialty systems and appurtenances provided and installed by HCPS. This should include, but not be limited to, specialty light systems, light filters, wall padding, and flooring.
2. Bel Air High School – Rework existing teacher planning space to new De-escalation Room and relocate existing foreign language equipment to new classroom.
