Scope: The renovation of all existing shower areas and the installation of new plumbing fixtures used by incarcerated individuals held within the Talbot County Detention Center. The correctional facility, which houses local inmates and inmates in federal custody for the United States Marshals Service, has a capacity of 148 beds and is staffed by 55 county and contractual personnel.
