PBI Commercial was awarded emergency water mitigation and reconstruction services at Morgan State University following a campus‑wide winter storm and freezing temperatures. The response included work at the stadium and three additional campus buildings, with all four emergency projects occurring within a one‑week period. PBI’s rapid response and coordinated execution helped stabilize facilities, mitigate further damage, and restore critical spaces efficiently during extreme weather conditions.
