Scope: The Town of Strasburg seeks a qualified general contractor to renovate the existing restroom facility at Town Park into a four-unit structure, including two ADA-compliant family restrooms and separate men’s and women’s two-stall restrooms. The project includes demolition, construction, plumbing, electrical, masonry, ADA compliance, and installation of commercial-grade, vandal-resistant fixtures. A new ADA-accessible concrete pathway and a storage closet will also be added. All work must comply with applicable codes and federal ARPA funding requirements. The contractor will provide design plans, obtain permits, and ensure timely completion with quality workmanship and proper documentation.
