Scope: Contractor to provide all labor and materials to perform renovations to a 20x40x20 racquetball court to accommodate golf training equipment provided by others. Work will include a new entrance door to the court, loose-lay carpeting installed over the court’s hardwood floor, surface-mounted raceway around the perimeter for power and data receptacles, and acoustical sound panels on the walls and ceiling.
