Scope: The scope of work shall consist of renovation of the first-floor men’s restroom (room 1063) and the second-floor women’s restroom (2068) that has experienced water damage. The renovation will address the water damage in addition to serving as an aesthetic-improvement project with work including, but not limited to, the following: new architectural interiors, replacing all plumbing fixtures with upgraded fixtures, replacing electrical lighting fixtures, replacing sprinkler heads and fire alarm devices, replacing HVAC diffusers and grilles, and replacing roof-mounted exhaust fans. Additional ancillary scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: TAB of the exhaust fans and DDC integration into the existing Siemens energy management and control system.
