Scope: This project involves the renovation of the Lumen Center at Gilman School to enhance its Design & Woodworking (D&W) and Makers Space facilities. The scope includes demolition, interior reconfiguration, and upgrades to finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems. Work will modernize the space to support hands-on learning and innovation, with improved layouts and infrastructure. The project must be completed within a tight summer schedule, from June 2 to August 31, 2025, to avoid disruption to the academic calendar. All work will be executed by PBI Commercial under a stipulated sum contract, in close coordination with the owner.
