Germanna Community College

Scope: This project involves repairing the curtain wall system of the Science and Engineering Building at Germanna Community College’s Fredericksburg Campus. Work includes replacement of exterior and interior gaskets, installation of new joint stops, wet sealing of inside corners, and replacement of existing spandrel glass. The repairs span a two-story curtain wall system and aim to restore performance and weatherproofing integrity. Additional provisions cover miscellaneous interior finishes, roofing, and concrete slab repairs as needed. All work will comply with project specifications and state construction standards, and must be completed within 160 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
