Scope: This project involved the renovation of Room 106 at the Dowell J. Howard Center into two specialized instructional spaces: a Data Science Lab and a Diesel Engine Lab. Work included selective demolition, new mechanical systems (three rooftop and two ground-mounted units), electrical upgrades, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finishes. The contractor coordinated all trades, managed scheduling, ensured ADA compliance, and maintained building operations during construction. All work complied with applicable codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Substantial completion was required by June 30, 2025, with final completion by July 30, 2025.
