Scope: The tasks involve the following: removing and replacing pendent sprinkler heads and escutcheons, as well as dry-pendent sprinkler heads and escutcheons; additionally, adjusting swing arms, detaching, and reinstalling existing sprinkler heads and escutcheons, which includes new heads and escutcheons. This also includes removing and replacing existing passing check valves. The repair tasks cover removing, replacing, and testing existing 1″ CPVC fire sprinkler pipes as needed per area, with finish work of approximately 3ft x 3ft included and system draining up to 10 minutes. For 1″ drain repairs, the task involves removing and replacing damaged pipes up to 3 ft, assuming the area of work is downstream from any shut-off valves and no system drainage is needed. Also included is the installation of a new 120-volt electrical outlet. Finally, removing and replacing one existing seized valve similar to the existing one is included, with system draining time up to 10 minutes.
