This project involves comprehensive exterior repairs at Dinwiddie Elementary School. Work includes the repair and replacement of damaged cast stone windowsills and pilaster caps, removal and replacement of deteriorated wood elements at porches, canopies, and the cupola, and restoration of gutters, downspouts, and decorative cornices. Additional tasks include isolated slate roof repairs, replacement of mechanical louver assemblies, and weatherproofing of rooftop units. All work must be performed in accordance with the construction documents and coordinated to minimize disruption to school operations, ensuring safety and compliance with applicable standards throughout the construction period.
