PBI Commercial believes in the honor system, and we trust our Home Builders. If you see a line item on your invoice that feels unfair or inaccurate, simply cross it out, adjust the total, and pay what you believe is appropriate.
PBI Commercial will accept the lower payment, up to 25% of the total invoice or $2,500 maximum, whichever is less. No need to call us, no waiting for revised invoices, no delay in payment processing. The adjusted amount will be honored, no questions asked.
This isn’t just a policy. It’s our promise. We value your trust more than any line item.
*Valid only for time and material projects involving labor, materials, or equipment charges. Does not apply to fixed-price contract work or pre-approved lump sums. Full payment, adjusted or otherwise, must be received within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
