Working within an active, high-profile sports facility requires careful planning, coordination, and attention to schedule, safety, and quality. The project called for the successful transformation of an existing clubhouse area into a finished locker room space, while meeting the requirements outlined by the Maryland Stadium Authority and maintaining strict compliance with contract documents, applicable codes, safety standards, and project procedures.
The Solution
PBI Commercial was contracted to provide the labor, materials, equipment, coordination, and project management necessary to complete the renovation. The agreement required PBI to manage the work in accordance with the owner’s objectives for quality, timely completion, safety, and cost control.
Throughout the project, PBI’s responsibilities included coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, managing submittals, supporting inspections, maintaining safety precautions, and documenting progress in accordance with the Maryland Stadium Authority’s reporting requirements.
