PBI is proud to support America’s military personnel through the $4.0M renovation of 50 properties at Wadsworth Shores, NAS Oceana in Virginia Beach. This project modernizes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and lighting with durable finishes and energy-efficient upgrades. Highlights include quartz countertops, new cabinetry, LED lighting, Energy Star appliances, and fresh surfaces throughout. Open layouts, enhanced storage, and upgraded fixtures create safe, functional, and welcoming spaces for service members and their families. Completed in strict compliance with Navy standards, this project reflects PBI’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and honoring those who serve.
